Well!! It's FINALLY here!! Spring has arrived and I couldn't be happier:) Green is popping up in the yard and the Robins have made an appearance. To celebrate, I'm sharing a layout using the "Happy Easter" line from Reminisce. This line has bright, cheery colors and can be used for much more than Easter layouts.
Two of my favorite flowers! And can you tell how much I love the color purple:)
The layout begins with a 12 x 12 piece of cardstock. I trimmed the Easter Stripe paper to 11 1/2 x 11 1/2 and added it to the middle of the cardstock
and added it to the middle of the page.
The purple vertical paper, Spring Tulips, is 3 x 11 1/2. I used a scallop border punch along the left side of this paper.
The yellow paper behind the pictures, was cut from Spring Flowers using a pinked die. I really love the pop of yellow, and it kind of looks like the sun peeking through:)
I added a fun title sticker in the upper right corner. It comes from the 12 x 12 Happy Easter Poster Stickers. I love these stickers!! The larger size is fun to work with and they are so easy to make a card with.
The small piece that runs across the bottom of the page is a 3/4 x 12 inch strip of Spring Tulips and the floral piece on top of it is the topper from a piece of Spring Flowers. I love using the topper from the papers. Adds just a little something extra to the layout. Not a bit of the paper is wasted!
I hope this has inspired you to create some spring layouts with this beautiful line from Reminisce! Enjoy this first week of Spring!!!!
